FlightSide provides informational seat-side sunlight guidance for flight
routes. It is a planning aid, not a booking platform and not an airline
operations tool.

FlightSide is operated as an independent web project.

## 3. Informational Use Only

Recommendations are based on modeled route geometry and sun position.
Real-world conditions may differ due to operational routing, weather,
delays, aircraft assignment, or other factors.

You are responsible for your travel decisions and seat selections.

## 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse FlightSide, including by:

- attempting to disrupt or degrade the service
- attempting unauthorized access to infrastructure or underlying systems
- using automated abuse traffic that harms availability

FlightSide may limit, suspend, or block access that is reasonably believed
to violate these terms or harm service reliability.

## 5. Intellectual Property

FlightSide branding, site content, and original software are owned by
FlightSide and its operator, except where third-party licenses apply.

Third-party data and libraries remain subject to their own license terms.

FlightSide relies on third-party datasets and infrastructure providers.
Availability and accuracy of those dependencies are not guaranteed.

damages arising from use of the service.
